Who okayed adding TFZ to this site?

Does anybody remember what a scumbag Raiders really is??? Does anybody remember that his site already went belly-up once? That site might be the "tout free zone" but I thought this website was SFZ... Scumbag Free Zone. I mean the dude's already had what, 4 screen names, the most popular of which, "raiders72001" has already been banned?

Geez guys... somebody dropped the ball here.

Oh and this is a legit concern about Rx. This doesn't belong in the Rubber Room. This is a case of Nazi Moderating at its finest.

Thats fucking lame that he stiffed you, but if he emailed you asking if there was a balance to clear him and you say "I don't want his money" than that's also pretty lame.

That is, if he emailed you with the intention of paying the $3500 in full. Gotta give him an opportunity to pay his debt.

He's emailed me and played all friendly before. It wasn't worth the aggrevation then and it isn't worth it now. I know what's coming. If he seriously wanted to pay me and bury the hatchet, I'd listen, but this is clearly fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

if you want to present your case in a non bashing manner without name calling etc and just present the facts, then perhaps it could stay offshore, but when it is "bashing" material it goes to the BR.

Fair enough. I was just blowing some steam. If I can remove all of the "scumbags" from this thread, can it either return or be re-posted to the main forum?

(Though I can already see this thread having to be moved back to the rubber room after awhile, I'd at least like some decent discussion over it)

personally don't have a dog in the fight but most will agree he overpaid you. did he offer ownership of the site as payment? did he offer to pay the entire amount? is this the contract in it's entire form? where you compensated in any other manner?
